Lyric’s often don’t make sense, guys. Sometimes the words are chosen because they “phonetically fit” the place in the melody – so the syllable count, and the vowel-sound desired is showing up in the music.
The song is great, though; and if you can get ahold of the _entire_ track_ (vs. the shortened versions that show up on torrents, etc.), it has better lead-ins, etc.
And you’re right – Deadmau5′ music _is_ more Progressive than Trance. But it’s a fine line, and I’ll spin Deadmau5 in with my Trance sets with no problem. So it’s really a tiny point…..
And wait — they do make sense. This is about love ended due to the “other’s” desire to go from relationship to relationship.

Its either cocaine or heroin addiction. (both have been associated with “white horse”) but the word ‘glitter’, ‘love’ and ‘gold dust’ has me leaning towards cocaine.

awesome track, the more i listen to it, the more i like it, had difficulties to understand the lyrics and translation didn’t help that much, really working hard on it and finally with some of your comments make it much easier to understand, drugs or/and love….for my situation, i’ll say it is more about relationships. howe many time i listen to this track everyday? …..lots, and i love it!!!!
